To ensure consistency and support learning at every age level, the following scheduling structure is in place:
Younger Students (Elementary, Middle, High School):
During the school year, lessons are primarily scheduled after school hours to accommodate academic commitments.
Once a time slot is arranged, it will remain the same each week unless adjustments are needed due to special circumstances.
During summer or school breaks, lesson times are more flexible and can be adjusted based on availability.
Adult Students:
Adults are encouraged to schedule lessons before school dismissal times on weekdays to avoid peak student hours.
Attendance & Commitment
At Jenni Marie Studios, I understand that life gets busy, especially for students involved in extracurricular activities like dance, gymnastics, sports, or academic functions. However, it is imperative for students to maintain weekly attendance as much as possible.
Missing lessons consistently can interrupt progress and make it harder for students to re-engage with their learning. Regular, consistent instruction not only builds momentum but also helps students retain skills, build confidence, and stay motivated on their musical or creative journey.
Please communicate any schedule conflicts in advance so we can work together to keep your student on track.
